Amelia was born and raised in Camas, Washington. She graduated from Camas High School and Clark College. She also earned her bachelors degree from Northern Arizona University in Early Childhood Education while studying in Flagstaff, Arizona. Amelia started her journey with Camas Montessori in 2022. She absolutely fell in love with the Montessori method and of course the wonderful children. With the love for learning, Amelia is currently training at Montessori Northwest in Portland, Oregon to earn her AMI teaching certification and Masters degree in Montessori Education. She will be graduating in August 2025. Amelia’s daughter currently attends Camas Montessori as well. Outside of the classroom, Amelia loves to travel with her family or snuggle at home with her kitten.
